help please

ok I haven't had my Pilot ACS more than 4 months and today was the worst.
First game, a bunch if balls break in my hopper. Second game. same thing. So when i take my hopper of, I realize that my backstop has been broken off(at least, thats what i think it's called. Its the part that's above the velocity adjuster at the back, behind the bolt).
Does anybody know where i can get a new one and how much. Or will Kingman replace it?

yeah its a cosmetic look, doesnt effect anything now that its been blown off. it happens to every sing pilot eventually. mines been broken off for months, hasnt effected a thing.

Yea...if you call kingman they'll just send you the bottom piece because that is what the new pilots are coming with. It won't affect your performance at all.
