I must this is my new favorite gun I have ever shot.:)

2006.5 Nexus Dark Trooper. (the .5 model includes C-clamp feedneck and dark frame)

Thoughts so far:
This is the lightest gun I have personally ever held and i have held/shot almost everything. When i put the deadlywind barrel on it the weight is just insane, its make the dm5 i had feel like a brick. The trigger feels ok right now, still need to mess with the settings and as you can see in the pic bouncy as hell at the moment. I do like the fact it has a magnet and a spring on the trigger so you can run one or the other or even both if you want. The feel of the gun is almost perfect, very nicely balanced with tank and hopper. It has a little kick, which will be taken care of by a TI rammer in few weeks. I love the LCD screen but don't like the opitical switch so i might end up getting tadao to get a microswitch in there if i can't get use to the opitical switch.

So far I am very happy with the trade I made on this one, I will probably be shooting egos for a long time to come.

Only thanks bad I can say so far is the condition the gun came in, I cleaned my dm and viking as good as i could before i sent them out. The ego looked like it hadn't been cleaned sence it came out of the box. There was mutliple colors of paint under the eye covers and between the frame and body. It took me about a hour and a half to clean it all up. Other then that the trade went smooth so its really not that big of deal.

Dm5 w/ UL frame and Tadao
'04 viking w/ W.A.S. 2.0 and a stock dm5 frame moded to work on it.

lol it will probably stick around longer then that.

O wait how long till the cup? I have no guarantee as to how long it will stay once the '07 guns come out.

Damn i been absent for a few months and your guns get better and better, congrats bro i know you will enjoy it and enjoy for me to since i will never have one, am to poor.

Its a private label ego, its the same gun model that is used by the london nexus.

Fixed. The Nexus spot was bought by Dye, and the team is now made up of Ironmen players. I got a feeling Nexus guns will go down in resale, so if you are concerned about that, trade it for another Ego.
