I see 2 pages of guests and less than 10 users at any given time lately;
what's holding you back from creating an account and coming aboard? We don't bite...

much.

I see the time has come for some new faces!

That raises a good question, how long did you lurk in the shadows before signing up?

Some members choose to lurk with anonymity. You cannot see them, we can. New members cannot post until they have been screened. A member not logged in is counted as a guest as well -

usually what happens is that I go and sign up right away, but I just read for the first couple weeks and not post very much. When I know more about it then I start posting more.

I've been in enough forums that by now I sign up as soon as find a forum that is useful. I always have the computers I use set to autologin, and because I use firefox tabs like crazy I prettymuch am on the boards 8 hours a day.

Despite that, lots of people google for answers and they get the forums, and when your looking for a quick answer, asking on forums is too slow, especially the validation system on this site, it took at least 2 days before I was varified.

That's what sets us apart from the others. You can most times rest assured the flamers and trolls don't exist or return here. It is a privilage to become a member of these forums. More a level headed tight knit family than just a place interested in post and member count -

That is the reason, I am more active here than on the nation, I feel like I know all of you more.

It definitely has a tight knit group feel, which is kinda weird since we're all strangers pecking away at a keyboard at home.

g'day.... guests are welcome.. and no need to sign up since there is no special members only topics.

signing up is free, though. and by doing so, you can share your positive thoughts and experience with others.

i will also say this... trolls and flamers are not welcome... and will be dealt with ASAP. the mods and admins of this board wishes all to have a good experience.

Exactly. Everyone likes it here because of the tight family-like atmosphere. That's the reason I've stayed here. A bunch of guys (and maybe a few girls at times) who share the same common interests as me and share the same sense of humor alot of the time, and fun to be around in places like the KUSA Chat on AIM.

I <3 SOC.

I'm not a stranger.

But I have my account set for auto log in. I signed up as soon as I figured out that there was a such thing as a Kingman forum. I figured that since I was planning some massive customisation of my Kingman paintball gun, that I would sign up and ask questions.

how long did you lurk in the shadows before signing up?

For a good while actually. It seems like a month or so.

I still lurk quite a bit even though I am a member(as you can see, 7 or so posts). But I love these forums, I just dont have alot to say or alot to ask about :p

I am still waiting to sign up.

There is never anything good on this forum....

J/K signed up when I had my first question "what do you all bring with you to the field?" I was tired of bringing the whole house with me and wanted to see what everyone else did.

I mainly use it for B/s/t and news, and sometimes the ion section, but mainly use ionowners, for that.
