ok well i Half-Blocked my Victor over the last weekend. and it turned out pretty awesome so i thought i would offer the service to people. so if you're interested post up here or pm me.
I'll start at $20 including shipping both ways.
Includes cutting the back plate.

can also do VA drilling to make better flow. so i can drill the holes out bigger but i dont wanna add ne holes. $5 plus shipping
