View Full Version : Fittings?
If I were to get a new ASA but I wanted to use the stock stainless hose what fittings would I need to get?

macroline is alot nice than the stanless stuff, just pull the fitting back and pull out the hose, but you need a metic to american adaprter or somthing i think
I heard that I shouldn't get macroline because I am using Co2?

Is okay but if you leave it in the sun it might burst and you might be replacing it more often than if you use a hpa tank. It also isnt that bad though seeing as you can get a foot of it for $1. Just make sure you get macroline thats strong enough for it. I think hobbyhorse sells it.
If I do stay with steel braided hose, do they make 90* metric adapters?

I dont think so but you can search.
Since apparently they don't make a 90* adapter, how would I attach the hose to the side of the ASA?

I never saw a 90* adapter for steel braided hose but you can look. They might have it, if not get macroline its not that bad.
Ok thanks. I think I'll skip the trouble of trying to find all the adapters and just get macro. Thanks for your input.

dude... they make like everything for air hoses and lines and crap. all you gotta do is look. my mag came with a couple 90* adapters for stainless hose. i ended up using one with a straight macro fitting so it would have a smaller profile when i set it all up like i wanted it. it wasnt metric, but they do exist. just gotta look
