Switching Tank Systems?

Sort of a newb question I guess.....I read FAQ's and didn't see this so:

I am considering a switch to HPA (I currently use CO2). Can you switch back and forth between the two without damaging your marker? For example, if my HPA tank runs out, can I switch to a CO2? Does it hurt the internals in any way to switch back and forth? Those HPA tanks are expensive and I don't want to have to buy two right away, so I thought I'd have CO2 as a backup.

Better to go from HPA to C02 rather than the other way. Less worries using a Spyder than a marker with an EP solenoid. It should be OK using both just be sure to keep the internals well lubed -

with a hpa tank, you dont need two, and you can get steel ones pretty cheap, there nice, but heavy...

id say just get a HPA tank from www.carolinapbs.com

hpa is the best thing for your gun
