Welcome to the forums. Make sure the striker and o-ring are well oiled (with paintball gun oil). Some oils, even 3 in 1, contain additives that can break down an 0-ring. Lastly, how did you break in the bolt? Hand compression or dowel/rag in the breech method?

i broke it in both ways and using a gravity hopper

and the stock feed neck

i would HIGHLY recommend getting a electric feeder, i love the egg2. and u must get a clamp neck that way u dont have your beautiful new hopper falling off. plus they shorten the distance it takes for the balls to get to the chamber for faster firing. but your problem i think is gravity is not feeding them fast enougha nd the stock feed neck doesnt help.

no this is a clamp neck:
i highly recommend that one btw, i think your confused with the two. if you have one sorry to be rude

Your hopper can't keep up with the gun, that's why you're chopping balls.
And you can get the same feedneck cheaper here:
ross * pilot

im thinkking of getting that one... but one jmotion's is with holes and sandmans isnt. which one do i get for a pilot acs??

i dont think there is much of a difference
if there is im not aware of it, both are great and the sundraggons is cheaper...
you need to get the one without holes. It will come with little tabs that hold it on to the gun.

Ya, your hopper isn't nearly as good as one should be for a Pilot. I did the same thing when I got mine. I figured, get a cheap Richochet gravity hopper. NO. The balls will break, as you noticed, and you waste a lot of paint. Also, slow down your rate of fire. Not on the t-board, yourself.

Dont slow down the rate of fire, instead speed up the rate at which your equiptment can reliably shoot.

I meant to say that with a slow gravity hopper, to stop the excessive ball chopping, that he needs to slow down his rate of fire. Yet, with the right equiptment, there is no need for slowing down.(like you stated)
