View Full Version : Well... Shopping for HPA/N2 tank.

I found a HPA/N2 tank on PBN for $100. Its a carbon wrapped System X 68/4500. I was wondering if anyone knowes anything about tanks and wich ones are better then others. Is a System-X ok?

I personally love and only use crossfire

I have a System X tank with an ACI Bulldog reg - works great. I got it for 40 bucks and had to buy a rebuild kit from ACI for about 12.00 (I only needed the little oring from it!)
I also have a PMI tank that's pretty good as well.

Hummm System X.... is a hit and miss company... They messed up on thier cocker but came back on the NMEs.... So its would be kind of a gamble....
As for a tank brands i would Suggest PMI, Crossfire or Air America...

i like my PMI tank...
thats the only tank ive used tho, so it may not do alot for helping you out
I agree on what Chubbs said, id go for a PMI, crossfire, or air america tank

I have used PMI and Centerflag tanks, loved them both. I personally would stick to the more mainstream tank companys i.e Crossfire, PMI, Centerflag.

I can get a Air America with a tank cover for $80. But its only a 68/3000PSI. Although that would be good for the remote I am planning on buying for my MR1 project. Hmmmm.
Also how much does it cost to get your tank re-hydroed?

I have an Air America 114, a Crossy 68, and an ACI Bulldog 68....
They all work fine for me.......
Get you tanks re-hydroed here:

I might be ****ing myself... but he said, I am a little worried due to you banning and not having feedback... I was wondering if you would ship first?
I'm not out to scam either, as you can see I have all positive feedback on two different forums... I'm just scared because I have been scammed before.
no i just dont see me shipping you an item without you paying for it. its cool if your worried or dont feel safe or whatever. we dont have to do the deal. but i get banned for flaming people nothing really big.

I'm still going to do the deal because I have talked to other people on there that know him and they say hes reputible. So I am off to get the MO out to him right now. I just hope and pray I dont get scammed... But if I do... the cops will be notified.

If reputable people back him up, then I would personally feel comfortable doing it. Just get the m.o. certified in the mail so it can be tracked.

If you do it with paypal, you can get your money back most of the time. Dunno exactly how it works, but my friend got scammed on ebay, but he got his money back with paypal.

3rd party... End of problem.

Ohhh I forgot to ask for that tracking on the MO. Ugh... I still have the receipt and I know the owners of the store where I ship all my mail and packages, so they can back me up if anything happens.
