I LOVE YOU <3 A 69 Camaro is my dream car. Been wanting one since I was 9. How much you got in it? How much did you pay for it??

hmmm..lets see. I paid $2,500 for the paint job..around $1,000 for other parts (dash pad, chrome pieces under the doors, door panels, window felts, weather strips and a trunk mat..just to name a few of 'em,lol.) it was my moms first car, my grandpa paid $1,500 for it (got the saleman fired)..and when she went to college she gave it back to my grandparents, and they have had it ever since, it sat in storage for around 20 sum years, my grandpa took care of the car by starting it and letting it run every month...storage fee is $75 per month..you can do the math..and they just recently gave it to me 2 years ago and ive been fixin it up since then..there is a guy that calls me about every other month asking if ill sell it, last offer was $35,000

Well. That isn't to bad. My dad owned a 68 hunter green firebird. I wish he would have kept that car!! Nice car tough.

Wow! Great car. Good paint choice too. It makes it look origional. My girlfriends brother is rebuilding one of those. I cant remember what kind of engine he has in it... Hes completely restoring it though.
I personally like the 70's Camaros and Firebird/Trans AM's. That and the 60's-early 70's Mustangs. Personally I've always had a dream of rebuilding an old 1969 Shelby Mustang GT 500. But seeing as how rare those are, and how ****ty the roads are around here... I dont think I would want to drive it much around here. (We have really bad winters too) So I have desided to settle for a 70's Trans AM / Firebird.

Yeah, the only things not original are the color and the color of the top..originaly it was butternut yellow with a black top...it has a 350 with the old powerglide transmission..no power breaks..but it does have power steering, factory air conditioning..and power top, and you cant forget about the AM radio with a single speaker in the dash...lol
