...it says its a TLR on the marker, so i guess its a TLR

It is indeed a TL-R.. They are very similar to the TL-X, except that the TL-R's are that pewter color, and the TL-X's are blue.. Also the TL-R has the 10 Degree Foregrip and the TL-X is straight with no angle..

It is the same package they sell at ****'s (Richard's) It comes with 2 barrels, but neither are worth it.

One thing you should be aware of about that marker is that if you ever decide to upgrade the foregrip to a regulator, you will need to replace the vertical adapter at the same time.
