Promaster is a stack tube..... so it can cycle faster.... faster cycles FTW....

Its actuly just personal preferance... IMO spool valves FTL... but its diffrent for other people....

Crud - another one. Ok, keep it nice, keep it clean. That's all I have to say - if it gets either way, I'm shutting it down.

they both hit 30..... above that isnt even worth measuring.

spool valves are contained and smaller.

They tend to be lighter as well.

Personally, I think either would be a good option to those not wanting to dump bucks into an expensive "higher" end gun. You're going to have problems with both them, you're going to get a couple up's on them, and then you're going to rock both of them, so it's a moot point....

Umm... Ion, but then again I am biased.

After I win the money from D I may get a Promaster to play with.

Then I can have a good opinion on them.

I agree. Although I like the lightness of the ION... its a spool valve, its wayyyy to common for me, and I dont like the way it feels.

I have never fired a promaster, but since its a stack tube, and I love stack tubes. I will say Promaster FTW!

Hate to bring thisup, but the stack tube is just as common, if not more so, than the spool valve.

imo promasters probibly have worse resale than ions, especailly when upped.
