ceramics time

well, i joined ceramics class (...i no leave me alone :p) cause there were lots of girls talkin bout joining. come 2nd semester, i have ceramics last hour of the day on A days. my plan back fired on me completely. sooooo many dudes n there and like 5 girls :bawling:

well now that im stuck in the class, i need an idea for a sculpture to build. the more creative, the higher the grade. i got tired of making little bowls, cups and ashtrays the 1st week. lol i even made a cell phone :p

n e ideas will b appreciated :)

I took a ceramics class in college for the ol' art degree...

I made a piggy bank - put wings on it and everything and titled it "When Pigs Fly" looked pretty good! Made a lot of vases, bowls and such...it's actually not a sissy class, because it's pretty tough to throw a vase that isn't too thick, or too thin, stands up, etc etc...plus there's some chemistry involved when you make the glazes and such. And it's just a lot of fun to get all icky in the clay with a lot of girls!

Have fun with it....that's what those classes are for anyways!

dude, I took 2 ceramics classes in HS because we had to have 2 art classes and I can't draw worth a crap. Turns out I can't throw clay worth a crap either, but it was fun to be able to mess around with mud in the middle of school
