Meet Leroy....plus update on the others(56k will die)

Well Bamf started the whole naming your gun thing and it seems like everybody is doing, so i guess i have to do it now. I don't know why i picked Leroy it just seemed to fit the looks, plus everybody was using girl names so i went with something new....a guys name.


Anyway I FINALLY made it back to texas last night at 8:50 after being away for almost three months, and Leroy was here waiting for me. Short story of how i got Leroy. I sold way more of my ion parts at my asking price then i thought i would and had decided i was going to get a ego. I was pretty set on getting a 06 and started looking around the net for used ones just to see what was out there. I ended up finding a Angel a1 for dirt cheap and bought it, then turned around a traded it away to my cousin for his dmc and cash before i even had it. I then got rid of the dmc for cash to a guy at a field in kansas. So now i had more money then i had just from the ion parts. I started to look for used dark egos but then went down a different path. This is where Leroy comes in, I have always liked vikings but never had the money for one when they were new. I found this '04 (last year they made them) with all the things i wanted for pretty cheap so i went ahead and got it. So the other cash is going towards some other projects, which will be seen in the near future.

I also did the low riding reg mod to the orracle(moves the LPR down and adds a gauge).

and yes the gauge is brand new and yes it is broke already, a oring in the reg went bad and let 800psi in the gun, blowing what was a 600psi guage:mad:

Actually its that big incase one of my contacts fall out on the field:p Its really the guage from the tool kit used to set the lpr.

Vikings rip, I loved mine, it also gave me one hell of a workout on field. You can also get about a bajillion shots out of a 68/45

Although you will regret the A1 trade if your cousin ever lets you shoot it.

Have you ever used them? They all look straight out of box. I have a teammate that loves AKA guns, he has a Featherlight Swirl Viking right now, efficiency is amazing, but Vikings in general are heavy and bulky. Not my kind of gun. The DM5 is my favorite, if only it was a Jumping Bean DM5...

I know a few guys that get more then a case off of a 68/4500:ooo: I put the tank, hopper and barrel on today and ya its heavier then any other gun i got but nothing to be worried about. It won't be this heavy for long anyway.....o crap i have already said to much:D

and maybe its a good thing i left kansas before my cousin got air and paint.:p

it won't be a jumping bean but it will be having a make over very soon. sence this ones a keeper(best gun i have ever shot and i have used just about everything for atleast a game) i will be going all out, which i have pretty much done so far.
