Install is cake....
Follow the directions that include pictures and you will have no issues.
You can look in my sig to see what it looks like on an Ion.
If you have questions just ask.

Personal preferance...
I like the Foehn. I am not a fan of bodies with holes in them. The idea of the BoB feature is to easily remove the bolt to lube it after you play. If you get hit in the gun with a Strange or even the new Shocktech body you are going to have to completely disassemble the gun anyway to clean it. If I get hit in the gun a simple wipe down usually will suffice.
Don't get me wrong you should still strip the gun completely down every once in a while to clean everything, but just not every time you play it is not needed.

Custom milled aluminum with modified banjos to allow for BoB. The Shocktech one also comes with a feedneck.
Milling is not cheap, if you really cant see spending the money for a new body, you can:
* Keep the stock body, which performs it job of covering the breech/firecan very well
* look on the B/S/T threads for used bodies
* use pvc and make your own body

but a custom milled piece of aluminum does not cost 100$, there prob making like 70$ of profit of each body kit

Pics of the Stage 5.1's should be released soon (how soon, I don't know) and might prove nicer than the shocktech or the foehn. They are variations of my Stage 5 with different milling and anno but are TRUE BOB bodies...not just 'rear access' as many of the kits are.. Once they are available, I will be posting them. The problem is patients...if you can't wait, I'm a fan of the foehn over the shocktech.

you're not taking into consideration the raw materials, or the cost to maintain the c&c machinery at all. theres a lot more into it than you think

Nope the powerlyte does not have BoB
Right now the only bodies with TRUE BoB are:
Deadlywind Foehn
Lucky Stage 5 and soon 5.1
Strange Body
Shocktech Body
