So I guess it can fire 1 million rounds a second

It is clear that it would need a much more sturdy mounting point than it is on currently....but still that is alot of damage out of 180 rounds.

OLD, i saw it on future weapons a month ago. its electronically fired rounds series of rounds without casings. the pistol series fires a 3rd burst before the kick is felt and alters the shot. so basically 3 rounds in the same hole (not sure how that helps, but impressive)

Yeah, that thing is def insane. The closest things to that in service are the GAU-8 avenger used on the A-10 which has a ROF of 4200 rounds/minute, 70 rounds are fired each second. or the M61 Vulcan which has a ROF of 6,000 rounds per minute.

lol i think the monted gun was designed to be like a rear defense to take out entire infantry platoons or w/e the call them in iraqistan.

victa... whatever you had was completely different these are loaded like this

>:>:>:>:>:> etc all the way down the (loading section(... ninja edit))barrel, with the > being bullets and the : being gunpowder. each pocket of gunpowder has its own electronic ignition. the barrels fire in a v patteren downward then begin back at the top.

yeah it was on History Chanel and Mail Call. If I'm not mistaken it was called "Scorpion" or some arachnid name like that...

basicly the round has a gunpowder pelet fused to its rear and is electronically detonated by a spark system.
