ok, im 17 and i have a spyder compact 2000 with rocking trigger and evo, every thing else stock. i had been out the game for a while untill recently and when i went to the feild and saw my friend and his buddies with their new markers and the first thing i noticed was that they shot as fast as mine but were a million times quieter. now i know that these new markers use a different technology than my O.D. spyder but i was hoping that there might be a way to make it sound a little more like theres and a little less like a granade launcher!! if anyone has any ideas im egar to hear.

By nature Spyders are loud. But you could change the barrel to make it a little quieter. A J&J ceramic is a good choice...

idk i had a ceramic on my Pilot acs (HPA) and its still pretty loud when i blow a hopper through it:
but yeah its just loud and youl have to deal with it. as long as your playing speedball i dont think it matters.

If you make your gun LP and get a better barrel (Stiffi barrels are the quietest I have ever heard but they don't come cheap)

What made the biggest diference in my marker was when I got a quieter barrel. Try polishing your internals too, it quiets the marker down alot. And if you decide to go Low Pressure. The marker will get quieter aswell. Good Luck!
