Would these work on a MR1?

As some of you know, there is a Tippman a-5 knockoff made by PCS (PMI?) that has Spyder barrel threading: the US-5. Now according to their website, it seems that they have released an interesting Milsim barrel kit for it. My question is: if the US-5 is Spyder threaded, would these barrel kits work on our MR1s?

any barrel that has true Spyder threading should fit on the MR-1.

It does not have a shroud so you don't need to worry about the diameter of the barrel.

See what the return policy is and if they will take it back try it... Cant hurt right :)

I haven't seen any of these kits in any of the local paintball stores yet, only on the PCS website, and I talked to one guy who says he hasn't seen them on his distributor's website yet. This may take awhile to show up in stores, and I know I would only want to try it out on my marker first before plunking the money down.

Still, if it all works, that would make for a nifty looking marker, eh?
