Is there another charger and battery that keeps the battery from overcharging and charges faster than stock 9.6v battery.

I bought some kinda german genaric brand battery and it charges in something like 5 hours... It lasts for around 20 games or so for me.

But, that means you have to drive around for an Hour and a Half.. And with the price of gas these days, I wouldn't want to drive around for an Hour and A Half to charge my paintball gun.. Lol.. Just plug in the gun the night before the day you are playing and it will charge perfect..

The charger that plugged into the back of my gun never overcharged...

What you can do is find a wall charger by energiser or panasonic that has 9.6V batteries and it will automaticly shut off when the battery is done charging.

Thats pretty much all you can do.

Go to Radio Shack. They have many battery chargers that have over charge protection. What most of them do is almost fully charge the battery then trickle charge it.

Get the car charger. You do not have to drive around to use it lol. Red LED shows when it's charging......green LED shows when it's done 1.5 or less hours later. Can't get any better than that -

i leave mine plugged in for days and nothing happens but a nice clean charge. do the penny mod and you can go nearly a month (rec play) without a charge.
