But still doesn't make sense to me anyways. Why do top loading markers such as my xtra come with a rail sight when theres a feed neck/ loader in the way. Or is it just something for looks?

I am glad some one ask that question, a sight behind a solid pice of steal just does not make since. if there is a was to us it some one clue me in.

It's for looks, but you can mount an offset rail on it so the sight clears the neck. I don't see a point other than that, besides holding on the beavertail lol.

A laser sight from like an AK works nice kinda pricey for a little laser but it works great.

how do you look throght a clear feedneck adapter when there are balls droping through it unless you shoot clear balls.

Yeah, in the MR forums someone posted about a offset rail adapter. You can use one of those then get a red dot sight. That might be your best bet if you want to convert your gun into a woodsball marker and do alot of modding... Otherwise its pointless.
