ok being the retard that i am i stripped the velocity screw so what do i do
will a velocity thumbscrew work?
how do i get the screw out of my gun?

You can replace the entire thing w/ a thumb screw one, like on other markers. I have tried that on my MR2 using the adjuster (entire back thing too) from a TL-R, worked fine and covered the top, back hole behnd the bolt which was neat.
Then again didn't look great (color)

you mean replace the striker plug too?
i dont have access to a tr-l so how can i get the screw out
and do you have pics of the thumbscrew in your mr2?

pull the pin and the back plug and the velocity screw inside (surrounded by the spring) of it will pop off, and you can adjust it that way if need be.

If you're using the stock, you'll need to file or cut a little notch in it where the dial is. I've tried this and the regular dails won't fit w/o adaptations in the stock -

ok is there anyway to cut the notch in it without putting a notch in the striker plug
and i took the plug out and i cant move the screw at all i even tried using pliers but it didnt work

did you try WD-40, that stuff can fix anything
