View Full Version : Consistency Problems

When I was playing today, I realized that when I would try to shoot real fast with my rocking trigger, the balls would start of shooting a normal distance and velocity but would then begin to shoot less consistent and with less velocity. I was wondering what i could do to fix this, maybe turn the velocity up or since i've been using co2, do i need to make a change to nitrogen because i have heard that is able to expand quicker? But I also read somewhere that by buying an expansion chamber you can make your velocity more consistent because it gives the co2 more room to expand.

... go LP ... get a reg ... HPA is more consistent ... so go to that ... cleaner better way of shooting your gun ...

HPA is the way to go, because even with a reg, if you shoot too fast with co2, you'll get pressure drops, and liquid co2 which = bad. Besides, HPA tanks have a reg, so they're already more consistent than co2.

what do u mean that hpa tanks have a reg, is the reg built right into the tank. besides that, what type of hpa tank do u think i should get. i heard that a good one for my rodeo is like 68/4500, am i right, finally how much do they cost

too small .... go for the 72ci 3kpsi tank for now ... just add 14 more dollars or so ...will get you around 720 shots while the other would only get you 480 ... (just an approximation)

Later on go for the 68/45 tanks ... They're carbon fiber and lighter ...

Good luck :)

are all hpa tanks the same or are there like two types: hp and lp?

there are HP and LP tanks ... HP are ususally what your gonna get ...

There's different CI's and different PSI's that allow you to hold more air or pressurize it more ..

Then there's steel and carbon fiber tanks ...

THe ASA is where you screw the tank in, you don't need a new one to use an HPA tank.
