Sandman, thankyou for your instructions, i have oiled my valve pin. When i was unscrewing my screw that connects the VA and LPC, it suddenly sprung out, like when you take of the pin and slide out the stopper for the velocity adjuster. Is that what is supposed to happen?

yes because there is the valve spring which holds tension on the va/lpc thing, so when you unscrew it, the tension is released.

^^ ... yeah spinals correct ...

you should have:

LPC --> VA --> valve spring --> cupseal guide --> cupseal --> valve pin

If you have those pieces your great and ready to go ...

Edit: BTW next time try to hold the trigger frame and the gasthru and then unscrew :) ... ususally what i do
