OK folks here's the newest face mower in the collection:
Picked up a Spanky fishbone milled minicocker, with dye hinge frame in a trade for a tank, took the e2 blade off of the other cocker and threw it on this body also ditched the ergo reg it came with and threw a sidewinder on there, also ditched the humongous drop and threw a unimount (I KNOW IT LOOKS LIKE MY KID CHEWED IT UP) on it. Tell me what you all think...

thinkin about a turtle conversion but don't know what the price tag for that would be... Dunno, may end up putting it up for sale or trade, haven't decided yet...

That's hot. Try to trade ur sidewinder for a chrome one and get a chrome uni. Personally I like cockers all black or all chrome.

very nice, but like everyone says, the uni looks like it went through a hurricane.

yeah i like it, the red and black is a cool scheme. I was actually looking at a cocker trilogy at the store the other day. its a consideration cuz i hear their good guns. im curious though. how exactly does a cocker work/operate. I stripped my pilot acs down to see how it worked and it seemed pretty simple. but that cocker has an external valve and ram, (im guessing thats the ram outside im new to this stuff) I'm just curious how they work and are they easy to tune and play around with?

tune and play around with? Hell no! If it ain't broke don't try to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

06-29-2006, 08:34 AM
hahahaha !!!

www.cockertech.com ... go there viper

06-29-2006, 09:32 AM
hey i can't help it i have this curse that i can't have something without tinkering with it and trying to make it better. thus this weekend im gonna buy the pilots third upgrade. any suggestions?, first was an electro hopper i aint happy with, should have got a halo i guess. second was a decent barrel. now im gonna start playing with the airflow/low pressure side of things i think.

06-29-2006, 09:34 AM
get a spring kit, valve, decent reg, and a high flowing bolt and you should be set for LP, oh and get HPA if you don't have it...

06-30-2006, 01:33 PM
well i picked up a new designz valve today (SST high performance) and a shocktech spring guide shim kit. il play with that for a few weeks and then maybe a reg next i dont know. Is it worth putting the valve in before i switch to compressed air or is the increased airflow just gonna freeze my internals faster? As for the shim kit i have no clue which width to start with so i guess il just have to play with it at the chrono when we go to the field sunday. the aluminum design looks much sturdier than that plastic shim rod the gun came with.

It just looks mean, nice find.

may already be getting rid of it ...
