CO2 Leaking

Hey Guys,

I just bought the spyder sonix pro starter kit a few weeks ago. The 12oz CO2 tank that it came with leaks every time when i take it off. It shoots the CO2 out of the hose but then it leaks from the tank for around 14 hours untill it is compltly emtey, i already replaced the o-ring but that didn't help. What should i do. If i dont figre anything out then i am buying a new co2 tank with On/Off switch. Is that a good idea and what is wrong with my original tank? and what can i do to fix it??

when you take it to the shop to get it filled again tell the guy it has a leak and they can fix it for you. the most it would cost is $5

Wait how is it leaking, do you take it all off all the way and the tank is still leaking from the pin valve?

push the pin down ... put a few drops of oil in ... should do the trick :) ... or when it leaks try to realign it with the butt of the pen so it doesn't

edit: make sure it's paintball oil though :)

get it refilled and ask the guy to watch the pin. its probably not seated right. i had the same problem and it was fixed by what i just mentioned. :D
