I had the same reg and feedneck, I loved them. I like the look of it. And the Rip frame is nice.

the hole to the firing chamber is way to big, youd need a turbo bolt from sp or an open body from newdesignz and neither of those have as good of flow as the closed body bolts and the half and half for stock bodies

I don't know. From all the hype on PBN about it, I expected something A LOT better. Looks like a plastic body for the shocker!

But, before passing judgment, I'd have to see one in person first.

look at the body vike, its maybe 1 millimeter from the bolt, that'll be incredibly light. and it isnt plastic, its dust black anno... the gmax on the side is really corny tho

No, that's not what I said. I said it looks like a plastic body, not that it was one. As far as lightness goes, meh.....the shocker is already lighter than most so why make it lighter? Also, the thinner the body, the easier to dent making it inoperable.

Still reserving judgment....I do like the Hybrid one better, though.

hybrid is all looks, and it doesnt look great. this is slimer, and lighter. the frame is apperently an ounce lighter than stock (which is lighter than the hybrid) the body has to have atleast 4 ounces cut from it (where as the hybrid has that 4 plus 3 more) and third, it doesnt have that ugly hybrid bolt guide.

Mmmmkkkk, whatever floats your boat, there claus - it's my opinion that I prefer the hybrid over this. To me, this one's just plain ugly.

I'm also saying that a lighter shocker doesn't do it for me. A shocker is already lighter than anything I have ever owned, and most of what I've ever had a chance to shoot.

However, since the subject of looks came up, all shockers shoot pretty much the same, because it's the same operation, pretty much the same psi and dwell and such. I've shot several different shockers - the stock (mine), 3 different dynastys (2 with the EVOLVE bolt and I don't know what the 3rd had), a Ton Ton and a Nasty - and there wasn't a bit of difference in any of them when compared to my stock bodied shocker with all of it's ups (although the dynasty felt bulkier and heavier to me.) Really, when you break it down, the only real difference from one shocker to another is the look of it. So I guess most people choose the one they like the best looks of.

Personally, I still think the stock body is the best of them all - and a ton ton frame adds a little more style to it. Just my opinion of course.

However, we do agree on that hybrid bolt guide.

i agree that stock body is the most practical, i wouldnt say its the best looking. but i definately dispise the hybrid. i prefer the octane and toxic to mostly all other shockers, but i wouldnt pay 900 bucks for one, becuase i would end up only using the body after getting all the other stuff that i would prefer. the stock shocker's body can be bought alone... cough

I don't like it. no <3 for this one.

i donno. I like it cept for the gmax part, but without that its not the gmax shocker... soo, its ok
