ok so if you dont have access to somthing to cut the shroud off or want to be able to put it back on here is what you do (continue to step 8)
this can allso be done to take the fore grip off (continue only to step 3)
1. there are 2 allen screws under the fore grip that hold it on unscrew those and the fore grip will become loose
2. (you may want to watch spyder's tutorial video on how to take off/replace an air hose first) using a wrench unscrew female part of the disconnect hose from the male part on the drop forward
or unscrew the dropforward if you dont want to mess with the air hose
3. slide the fore grip down or off of the gun and air hose. (if you are taking the grip off screw on the air hose or dropforward and then youre done)
4. now that the fore grip is off you will see that the shroud is a seperate part that is held on with an allen screw(s)
5. unscrew the allen screw(s) and slide the shroud off
6. slide the foregrip on (if you want it on still) and then screw in the allen screw(s) that hold it on the main body
7. screw on the female part of the air hose to the male part on the drop forward
8. place new barrel on gun
NOTE: the barrel does not need to be taken off during this procedure
