HPA Tank - How to tell?

My buddy (damn it! lol) found a 68/4500 fiber wrapped HPA tank at a pawn shop yesterday for $100. Awesome shape! Its a Pure Energy.

Now, how do we tell how old it is or when it may expire? We couldn't find a date on it. Also, how do we tell if it is a high pressure output or low? The gauge says 0-5000 psi if I remember correctly.

there should be a hydro date on the label. i would have checked that before i got it...

hydro testing cost like 20 bucks... or at least it does here.... Just send it in as a precaution, if it passes then you have a nice looking 68/4500 N2 tank for 120 Bucks...
