I want to get a nice cheep LP regulator, does anyone have any suggestions? THX

That's the one part of an LP set-up you don't want to skimp on. Everything revolves around the pressure. Think about it...

Bob Long Torpedo is a decent reg and the Rocket Valve is an awesome valve

You can get a used Torpedo off of pbnation for around 25-35 dollars. But for the rocket valve, just get it new. e-paintball.com has them for 35 and free shipping.

Not really cheap, but the CP Regulator worked fine for my LP setup.
About 70 bucks.

This Rocketman valve sounds really good. What needs to be done before you may install a Rocketman valve and what are the key differences noticed? Besides operating at a lower pressure of course.
