All i could find at the moment, ill keep looking while you do this.

1. Write "about:config" (This is URL, yes, without the " marks) and press enter, scroll down and look for the following lines:

network.http.pipelining
network.http.proxy.pipelining
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

2. Normally, your firefox can handle 1 reguest per time to a web page, but when we change pipelining to true, it makes more reguests per time and makes your firefox to work faster.

When you have found those lines, follow these steps:

Double click on the "network.http.pipelining" so it changes to "true"

Double click on the "network.http.proxy.pipelining" and change it to "true"

Double click on the "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" and change the value to "30", this means that it makes 30 reguests per page load.

3. Last, click anywhere empty with your right mouse button, choose new -> integer. Name it by following: "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and change the value to "0". This is the value that defines how many seconds does the firefox handle the data.

Browse through all of Mozilla's extensions for Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/), they have a ton of really cool/useful/neato ones.
