Looks a lot like Carbine's timmy (http://carbineshornet.com/carbine_timmy2.jpg). How do you like that body Trooper? I am considering building a timmy with that body as a base, since they go for really good prices on ebay.

The body works, not my first pick but I got it for cheap on EBAY. I was going to use a Gloss Black Dragon body but I figured the $400 I would save I could build another marker. The body is pretty good quality and it shoots great so why change it in my thoughts.

Carbins has a bunch of different type stuff like a Critical frame, Evil front block and LPR, and a Stock cocker style feedneck. It did encourage me to build this marker though but I planned on using the Dragon body. (AIM was $99 on EBAY vs $400 from Bob Long for the dragon)

Awesome Timmy
Question: Would T1 internals slide right inside one of those Aim bodies(no milling or dremel work)?

Everything would fit and work fine except for a Timmy being 3/4' longer than a Spyder/Clone. If you where to hack 3/4' off the back or have a T1 ram extended 3/4' (insaine pain sports may do it out of delrin or nylatron) then you would be golden. However on the AIM and Lasoya style bodies where the bottom tube is open would expose the return spring :(

Not sure, it was in my gear bag. 888paintball.com did have a black BL Hydro Bolt on there site a month ago.

I got about $966 in this give or take $20-$40 if I forgot something. Shoots great and money well spent.

Not a Timmy body so I call it a wannabe :)

The marker runs at LPR @ 65psi, HPR @ 150-160, and Dwell at 9ms if anyone was wondering.

That's a nice custom aim timmy. I had one that was identical besides the body color, mine was black/blue fade. Very nice though.

I actually took the aim body and I am building a timmy for my gf's lil brother. His odyssey 02 crapped out on him so I'm building him this timmy and he's going to buy it from me. I went back to the ironmen body because they are so rare, I wanted to be original.

More like extinct! I have taken mine to two different field's and nobody has ever heard of an Ironmen timmy. They've heard of the Ironmen matrix but didn't know about an Ironmen timmy! That's kinda why I bought mine too!

That is a nice marker Troop!

Think I'm going to stick with the Bob Long ones and leave the Hybrid ones on the Ion. Damn, man you had to bring it up.... not sure what I'll do.

What do you guys think?
