If you are using an lp setup, is it advantageous to use a low pressure fixed tank or is high pressure just fine?

Just stick with the HP tank, it is more versatile than the LP.

an LP spyder setup isnt low enough to use an lp tank. you should use your HP tank until you get a super low operating gun like an angel.

If you still were to get a gun like an angle or dm6 that has super low operating pressure could you still safely use an hp output tank or will that damage the reg or internals?

yes, as long as there is an inline regulator before the air reaches the gun.

As far as i was told, an Angel needs a LP tank. Not sure if it is true, since I don't own one.

I would still say get a HP tank since you can use it with more guns, and if in the future you really want a LP tank you can get a new reg for the tank.

With low pressure on a spyder you have touse a high pressure tank, if you try a LP tank you will get shootdown. Just stick to a HP tank. ;)
