OK since we all know the MR2 has that lousy 45* (degree) feedneck, what hoppers can keep up w/ the MR2?

I was guessing to get the Halo TSA Backman LCD, but someone said that the Halo TSA Backman can only feed up to 12 constant on blowback guns...?

Any one got any ideas, solutions? I'm looking to spend $60 max., possibly 70 if I need to push it since I have some room.

... if it's 60 max get a used egg ... 19bps freefall rate ... you can probably get one used for around 40-50 ... pretty good quality

Hmm, I'm not so sure about Eggys, I've read reviews, and some reviews are great, others say the Eggys are horrible, and very faulty.

Same as you'll get here. It's like everything else, part of them work, part don't. For example, I love my Eggy. Never had a problem with it whatsoever. I even like the looks of them better. I just got something faster to keep up with my faster guns.

But Claus, on the other hand, hates them. It's all personal and not all will be bad, and not all will be good!

Welp, I guess I don't have much of a choice huh?

Man that's just too bad, I was really looking forward to getting the Halo TSA Backman. Stupid feedneck!

OR what about a Richocet Apache LED for 64$? They feed 17-19BPS, would that be OK too?

hah, well i like my eggy also... z-boarded is even better !!!... just awesomeness :)

Never has let me down yet ... but you always could do LP mods to make it have less blowback .. but thats gonna cost you some money ... (reg) :p so i'd just go for the eggy for now

I actually think I'm gonna get the Ricochet Apache for athetic reasons, the Eggy is just a lil odd looking to me.

Well I went ahead and got the Ricochet. :D I'm happy about the purchase, but we'll see on the performance/liking.

And I'll also soon be a proud owner of a brand new MR2 :D YES!

The MR2 is way to pimp for looks to not matter :D lol jk man, but I had been liking the Eggy previous to now, it's just after hearing about these hit or miss problems, it drew me away, plus Tyger has a Ricochet, and I like the look of the hoppers.

You have an Imagine, the MR2 has a 45* angled feedneck, making it more restrictive and lowering the ball flow, so that's why I made a special thread asking.

It just seemed that many people have problems, and many people have success with the eVLutions. Plus, VL supposedly has non-existant customer support, and that's not very acceptable.

well that's kinda how it is with every hopper though, some people have problems with them and some have sucess. that's just about how it is with every hopper though

yeah, like i said before, my egg is awesome.
i dropped it on concrete about a month ago, it bouced like...twice (suprisingly high, actually). My first thoughts were "oh man, time to buy a new hopper", but it still works flawlessly. The shell didnt even crack.

I got the 12 v Revolution / X board. It cost me $54.99 and feeds balls up to 25 bps. Runs off two 9 volt batteries.
