Very nice indeed. I know this is a spyder forum so you might catch some flack for posting... but I've handled a few SL-68's and they generally live up to the Tippmann reputation. They're bulletproof little markers that, with the right care and attention, will last you a long long time. It's going to be heavier than most other nelson clones and it may not be as pretty (to some) but I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

$58 shipped is a decent price for an SL-68II in good working order. I've seen them sell for as much as $80 on ebay (depending on how many there are on the market at time of sale).

And the pump club doesn't need a membership card. If you play at a field like mine... I'm sure you'll get plenty of attention just by pulling that thing out of your gear bag and walking to the chrono. Enjoy it in good health!!

this tippman guy was giving me crap about spyders he had a tippman so i challenged him to an elimination round, i have a new mr1 with ricochet 2KX hopper with empire twister barrel and a 1 and 3/4 inch e99 barrel with a 48ci 3000 psi nitro tank, he had an A5 with gas thru stock and a m16 style barrel and hand guard with carrying handle and same tank. omg i wasted him he was having air problems and chopping issues i had no problems. his gun was newer and everything with that new dura finish. but he had no skill at all and he said he had played for like 6 years i think just because he is older than me he thought he was better.

yeah, thats mostly why i bought it. i almost bought a maverick, but i realized that if i was going to buy a discontinued gun, i might as well buy one that isnt gonna break! plus, weight isnt a big deal to me... i shoot a trix, remember? :)

No please don't. Just keep that story to yourself in the future, unless its a topic about idiots with Tippys.
