i have a red shutter and want to strip the paint and make it a matte drab colour. can anyone help me and tell me how i can start the paint job. what i should use to strip the paint but not hurt the metal. what type of paint i can use that wont flake or distort. what should i do?

i hear drain-o works pretty good. make sure you plug all the holes in the body, so you dont accidentally mangle the inside. ive never tried this before though, so dont blame me if something screwed up.

i dont think anyone should even attempt on a small spot. drain-o can eat through strong thick plumbing pipes, think what it can do to the metals on a paintball gun, not so good lol hhaha.
