Hope you recover all your pods. I think I'll stick with my NXe.

those fields that it was used to show it, are my local fields, I got mowed on the rocket. I also know the guy that designed it. It's really nice.

Druid, this has been out for a little while. I like the idea of the pack tho, be interesting to see what else this company comes out with.

Hmmm, I think I've been on that field too...Diamond's Edge, right? If so, I loved that field, especially since it was raining and almost hailing so my hands froze to my gun because it was so cold...and when I got out that round, a nice frozen paintball (cuz it was so cold lol) caught me right in the 'sack when I stood up after calling myself out. More likely it's funner in the summertime. :smirk:

Kinda cool, but could see the velcro going bad after awhile, especially throwing it down all the time. I had a bad habit of leaving pods on the field, so it'd probably get expensive buying the sleeves all the time. (Thank God other people left pods on the field also! Good ol' Community Pod Chest....)

I honestly don't see how it would save a "full second" on loading because the pods are held upright. The method requires you to adjust your arm positioning (as seen in the video) just to get it positioned correctly to dump. The way my pods are loaded in my pack, it's one fluid motion to reach back, bring the pod around, flip the lid and dump....but that's just me.

Cool idea, but I'll stick to my Redz packs...

Tim...didn't know that and just found it...also, didn't see it posted here on the forum.

vike...I'm guessing the idea is that you rip, load, shoot as you just slap it back on the pack, close hopper lid. No more lost pods and the velcro would stay intact longer than if being beaten on the ground. I too, load my pack the same way you do but use a special pack (my sales thread) that i put side zippers on the side to put empties(wargames) and a pod sack (modded pillowcase...LOL) for the rest.

Yea two for the 3 guys on the vid pushed the pod against their body to readjust their grip on it. I load and shoot so pulling a pod out and up without hesitation or readjusting my grips is second nature now.

interesting concept. I was looking around the site and could not find extra sleeves. That would be nice to fill 10 pods in advance and after a round just grab them and stick em on.

But I too wonder about the Velcro and longevity.
