new paintjob for my old mag. looks great for a $2 can of spray paint :). im waiting for green hose and maybe rite dye the grips green or put the black stickies back on. the blue on/off stays cuz my anti-siphon is set for it. the green is slightly darker in person, it was really sunny out when i took the pictures

Nice job, looks really really good for a spraypaint job!

But as moe said that blue unimount is rather horrid on it.

Looks good, almost like a powdercoat.

I have to ask though, why the Stab? To eliminate liquid before the valve? I thought the classic were designed to run on CO2, only the x-valve type have issues with it. Just out of my own mag curiosity I ask.

my tank works on the on/off so its a keeper. this is my 2nd backup/loaner gun anyway lol

edit: classic valves work with co2, but will still freeze if there is liquid in it. frozen valve=chuffing(partial firing), chopping, low velocity, or just not shooting
edit: new pictures in the first post w/ black grips and mt dew tank

since its spraypaint it will scratch off over time. i only used maybe a third of the can, so i can repaint it several times when needed

....you could clearcoat it...

Ares

it would still scratch off eventually

Hmm, true, but clear-coat can be redone if it gets scratched too much. Clear-coating is also very durable, in my experience. I used some Rustoleum Clear-Coat on a gun-part to see how well it's finish would hold up, and it hasn't let me down yet with only 3 light coats of the stuff on it. :)

Very nice Mag! Making me want one....:(
