High pressure definately. Spyders run at about 700-800 psi stock.

Crossfire is a great brand of HPA Tank.

Low pressure tanks are for guns that run at very low pressures. The recharge rate for the LP tanks usually is not very good. People only get LP tanks whne thay are concerned about the internals of their fittings and their regulators.

Oh, and welcome to the forums!

Yeah, course, get the cheapest tank they have, unless its a PMI. I've heard people had some probs with em. They're almost all the same, unless you go up to a 4500psi tank. But they cost 200+

there's no problems with PMI tanks ... they're quite good ... i don't think any of my friends have been having any problems with it yet ...

I have a PMI 45/45 and a Crossy 68/45 and have no issues with either tank. Love them both. Get what you can afford. You can always change the reg on the tank later on if you are having issues.

crossys have the most respectable regs. for your spyder, you definatly need it to be HP, and the size is completly up to you. remember that steel is heavier than carbon fiber.
