Alright, it's been a long time since anyone has seen pics of me. Thought I would post some pics that I took yesterday. Be advised, I am in no way prepared for contest and nor do I ever plan on competing. I am interested in building mass and staying somewhat lean. Here are the stats right now. I'm currently in my winter bulk.

Weight: 219-220
bodyfat: (estimation w/ cheap calipers) 13-15%
Bench: around 320-330 x 1
Squat: around 450
Deadlift: around 515
biceps-17" (with no pump)

I'll also point out my weak spots and strong points for you who don't know much about bodybuilding.
Weak: small shoulders compared to chest; wide hip bones and I tend to hold fat in the love handle area as you can see :)
strong points: big legs, big chest, high-peak biceps, good triceps, and my best part is by far my back.

My goal was to bulk to 230 lbs this winter and I just couldn't do it between playing basketball and school work. I ate everything in sight but I did jump to 220 and stay somewhat lean. I'd like to someday be around 230-240 at around 8% bodyfat. Well, here are some recent pics, and don't even ask if I take roids, cuz you boys know I don't. Protein, creatine, multi-vitamin, mass amino acids, and a little hard work go a long way.

Correct, but what most people don't know is that in order to have abs, you need to have an extremely high/fast metabolism (which I don't have) or you need to diet extremely hard(which I don't do). I mainly just eat to bulk but I try and eat mostly clean. You know, eggs whites, chicken, steak, complex carbs, etc.
I'm not really into being totally ripped out. 8% bodyfat is my goal someday but I want to be bigger first. In all good time.
But yes, I know I'm not too lean but it's extremely hard to stay lean while you are trying to bulk up.
I started this bulking routine 5 years ago when I was a senior in high school. I weighed 155lbs at around 8-9% bodyfat :)

Ahbut the other side i'm an ectomorph(?) bodybuilder. i can have my abs and its rally easy to cut body fat. but i've been lifting for a year now and i've only put on about 10 pounds. extreemly hard gainer. i'm 6"1 170 pounds. 8-12 percent

LOL fred me being the hard edged 6A football player i am i would say you busted your balls for those muscles.... Dude and like you already know love handels go when ever you stop trying to gain and just hit a perfect diet....

Elf you my friend either are not working hard enough or your not eating right..... Too man potato chips will cause a platoe thus no muscle mass adding.. because when you are working out you will be working you muscles but at the same time you have to work to burn the junk food off of you so you are just delaying you weight gaining....

Im not gunna post pics of me becasue im inbetween elf and Fred. and im fat, (Lineman) but who cares when you are 210 pounds and you can run a mile in under 6 min and the 40 in 5.0 seconds who needs loose weight?

yeah, I know the pics are kind of weird to look at, but those pics are actual poses that bodybuilders use in competition, so I like to see how I stack up with the roid boys :).
As for you elf, you might be surprised but 10 lbs of lean mass in one year is exceptional for a natural bodybuilder. I average about 13-17 lbs per year but as you see I"m a mesomorph. It's very hard for me to keep lean and bulk up whereas you can bulk clean. Your ecto body can be advantageous so use it. Eat about 5-6,000 calories a day for a year and see how much you grow. Just remember, diet is the secret and keep about 250 grams of protein per day. Nice job on the work, you are shredded out. I don't know what it's like to be schredded in the abdomen area :) My back, arms, and legs are the only cut parts of my body.

I starterted back in the gym after a long "Office Space" period. I needed to get back in shape and lose some weight. But now I weigh more than I did before! 5'8" and 195lbs :)

I supplement with protein, before and after lifting. Any other time I use it is when I don't have time for a meal or right before I go to bed.
As for you Bc, you dont' even deserve to be answered :punch:
