I usually wear boots but they suck in mud so I started wearing my old soccer cleats. They work good for traction but have no ankle support. Football cleats are close to what I want but I can only find them in a midtop. Does anyone know if anyone makes a full boot with cleats on the bottom? Thanks

lightweight hiking boots like these...CLICK ME (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?id=0029976812320a&navCount=2&podId=0029976&parentId=cat550022&navAction=jump&cmCat=MainCatcat20564&catalogCode=UF&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat550022&hasJS=true)...might be what you are looking for. Obviously, they don't have to be this expensive but you get the idea...

You could go to basically any store and pick up two ankle braces and still use your soccer cleats. Thats what I use.. although I always used ankle braces during soccer too.

I already have a good pair of hiking boots but the problem is, that it's rained here in cali the day before i've played like the last 15 times ive played. It turns almost every bunker into a mud hole. Even good boots get clogged in those conditions. I need cleats that can cut thru the mud instead of getting clogged and takeing half the mud puddle with me.
Those would be almost perfect for me tiger but the reason they are only 10 bucks is cause they only have sizes 14, 15, and 16 left. If my feet were that big I'd be in porn:D
I remember an interview with shaq a few years ago, and he was talking about having to have shoes specialy made for his ginormous feet. There has to be a company some where that can do custom orders like cleats on a boot. Oh well i'll probobly have to just settle for an ankle brase. I just hate the consticting feeling of wearing them. Thanks for the help guys

I wear hightop football cleats which work perfectly for ankle support. I got both pairs of mine for about $30 bucks.
