View Full Version : Ball Detent (different problem)

Hey guys,
I've been reading the threads on the ball detents for the MR-2. I've had mine for about 4 months now and I was wondering if anyone has had problems with the bolt actually cutting the ball detent. When I first got it, it chopped the first stock one in under 500 shots, then I got the new fangled stiffer one, and it got chopped too, right at the bottom. But this one lasted about....3000 shots maybe? any ideas?

Replace it with the black detent from a Bob Long Intimidator, and that should fix your problem. Piranha detents will also work, but Timmy detents are better.
