... yeah if it's there ... get some teflon tape .. and wrap it around the fitting so stops leaking ... make sure it's so when you turn it right ... the thread's don't unravel though ....

remove the asa from the drop. Unscrew the s/s line from the asa. clean off the old teflon tape and wrap about 5-6 wraps of teflon tape onto the threads. Reassemble in the reverse ^^ order.

same thing...remove and add teflon tape

I can't take it off all it does is just spin

04-02-2006, 06:00 PM
yeah ... spin it to the left and it should screw off ... and then add teflon tape on it .. as well as your other fitting ... all of your fittings should be fitted with teflon ... unlike what kingman does when they just set it off and give it to you ...

if it just spins, hold the silver part with a wrench and turn the reg. yeh, teflon tape works great for any threading, i use if for EVERYTHING!!!!

I believed I fixed it but right now I'm out of CO2 so next filling will tell.

.. >.< TEFLON !!!! ... you need that stuff ... ask your parents or something if you have any ... cuz your gonna need it in the future .. kingman doesn't seem to put it on the marker .. when they first give it to you which is a mistake ...

the reg leak, needs an oring at the top, the set screws hold the reg on, remove set screws, remove the reg from bottom it doesnt turn off,, most of the stock spyders use an oring on the metric threads as well as a plastic sealing washer(seat)

I have some teflon tape (thank goodness for recently fixing plumbing). We have like 5 rolls now.
