I don't think you will be able to stretch the Dye cover. I have them and they are reinforced. It is kind of hard to get it on a tank that is made for. The other 2 you may be able to. They just look like neoprene, which should stretch.

The 114/3k and 114/4.5 tanks are the same size...so any designed for a 114ci tank will fit.

yea neoprene stretches i have a 68ci neoprene cover on my 72ci
