ASA mount sizes are universal for all brands right?

druid
04-30-2006, 04:02 PM
supposed to be...Tanks are all NPT threaded, so the asa mirrors it. That should make them the same size as in-line reg threads, VA's, and the like.

Just so I'm understanding correctly, I have an 06 electra and am adding a on/off and possibly going to macroline. The threads on the regulator are standard not metric?

I need to know how to read the metric threads XP the em1 uses 3.5x12 for the frame, and i need some screws about twice as long. would that be 3.5x24 then?

here's one: the size of the screw/pin that keeps the velocity adjuster from going in too far. im guessing that kingmans been consistant with their products over the years, but if not, im specifically looking for the one for the original Imagine.

edit: heres another one: the thread for the bottom of the old (Imagine, Xtra, E99) expansion chambers, which would be the same as the Spyder drop foreward (small) ASAs (which arent 1/8th NPT), which is the same as the non-NPT side of the stock spyder hose...
