My 09 Electra has a leak somewhere after the expansion chamber on up and I cant figure it out. All the seals are in good condition.

You could try checking the cup seal. Even if it looks fine, clean it and the valve and put some oil on it, or replace it with the spare one that came with the gun.

I had the same issue after a couple of months of using mine. The seal looked fine, but it just wouldn't seal completely. Swaping it our fixed the problem. I had some very small random brass looking bead near the valve, I think maybe that had something to do with it too. When getting to the cup seal, you might as well oil all the o-rings you find on the way.

O rings are tricky business if you or someone rebuilt it recently and got one swapped wrong ( as did my friend ) that could be the problem. Or like law said it might look fine but because of hot and cold they can expand contract and get hard and need replaced. I almost always have a enough rings to rebuild any gun i own 10x over. But im a clean freak.

I oiled everytjing and also had those brass beads. Looks like they come from the spring in the reg.

One of the small o rings in the reg was a bit beat up. Hopefully that fixes the issue. I need to get some air to test it out.

Another question can you buy parts for the reg or do you need to buy a new one?

I had the same thing in my marker. It looks like they come from the spring inside the regulator because it gets banged up.

You can usually find some o rings for reg what parts are you looking for?
If you look on ebay or scan the forums u can pick up a reg pretty decent.

Oh yeah, if you call up Kingman's tech line, they'll get you parts too.

Pretty much any part inside the marker. Just replacing them to keep it like new.

So its not leaking anymore. For some reason once I hit the trigger, in semi mode, the thing goes into full auto, then I have to remove the air for it to stop. Did I reassemble it wrong or what's the problem.

is the sear not catching or is it clicking and actually going into full auto?

Doesn't look like its catching. It was also doing a triple sjot in semi mode. I hit the trigger once and fire three shots.

if the sear isnt catching it has nothing to do with the electronics, if the sear is catching then your board is some how messed up

Hopefully my local store has one so I can play this Sunday.

Huh, did you maybe put your striker in upside down? You can try cocking it with the air off and see if it will catch.

increasing the regulator pressure fixed the issue. In the manual it said 1 1/2 turns but with 2 1/2 it fixed it.
