I am looking to buy a new mask i have an older JT mask and the foam scratches after a few hrs of play it fogs up if your not moving. Im looking for something with foam like a pair of dirt bike goggles comfortable and soaks up sweat. Also would like a bigger lens and fogging is the worst any help would be appreciated.
currently looking at the dye i3 and i4 they are awesome looking but a little more than what i want to spend would like to be under 80 new and def under 50 used. thanks for all input you guys have been a huge help.

i4s look nice, but they are very small. They didn't cover my entire face and I wasn't taking a chance of getting hit on the chin or jaw. I have Profilers and I love them. Good field of vision and comfortable. I put in a Blue Photochromatic lens and can use them in the sun and at night.

I love my flexes (all 5 I had at one point) but profilers are nice too

I love the soft ears on my Flex. I had Grillz too and they were pretty nice. Haven't tried any of the new masks yet. I kinda wish I kept the Grillz and got rid of the Flex though. The Grillz just look mean haha.

Ive been a profiler fan since they came out many years ago. Tried many others, but always went back to my profilers...Thing is, you need to try them on to make sure you like them first.

Profilers with soft ears are so legit. Any high end mask has a thermal lens (or maybe it's called something else idk) anyways, they don't fog up.

Profiler. Perfect in every way.

Proflex. No matter what other masks I go to... Proflex's are my favorites.

Profilers are really nice, it's my favorite mask to wear.

I was huge fan of grillz.....keyword being was. They switch companys that manufacturer the lenses, its no longer the ballistic company that originally made them. I have found along with the company went the quality.

My old set I had a few years ago were great and lenses lasted forever. My new set I got back in feb. have been disappointing, the lenses scratch very easily.

I am skipping buying a new lens and I am actually in the process of finding something different at the moment.

Probably I4 or the sly profit. Tired on my old flex7 and flex8 and they honestly feel like crap compared to the grill.

I've been seeing alot of I4s at fields. I haven't used one but they look really nice.

I ended up stopping by the shop last night and ordered black gold I4's. Should be here friday.

The i 4s that i tried on where nice fitting but they felt like they didnt cover my lower outer cheeks. So i went with the profilers and have absolutely loved them never fog comfortable foam never fall down or feel loose. i liked the i4s but like i said i felt a little exposed.

They appear to be the same fit as Grillz or atleast similiar. All about looks lol.

Dave, you're lucky you don't have a beak like mine. The Grillz gave me a bloody nose when I got shot in the honker back when I was considering a pair.

Is anyone else noticing that masks are going back to what they started as? They are getting smaller... although the viewing area is increasing. Pretty soon, we'll have a mask that is just a lens.

Hmmm, that would be cool actually.

Just got a pair of LE Sly Profits. The best mask I have used to date. The ones I have gone through: V-Force Vantage, V-Force Profilers, V-Force Grills, E-Vents x2, Proflexes, a bunch of older ones that you cant get anymore and now my Profits.

11-24-2010, 02:05 AM
I got my red/black Sly Profits in too. Damn good mask, but... there's just something about Flex's. The Profit's fit is so incredible it's unbelievable, don't get me wrong.
