missing flat disc in striker plug, is this important?

I'm missing the little flat disc that's highlighted in yellow.

Is this important? if so can I find this piece, or use a flat washer or something?

no not really, it's just a little shim for the volocity adjuster

Well it's just a shim, but it also keeps the screw from digging into the spring guide, either way I don't have one either.

yeah ther's a bit of an indent where the spring guide has been hitting the screw but it's hardly noticable so i doubt it'll ever cause an issue, considering how much the marker has been used already.

Yeah, that piece is not really critical to performance. You can replace it with a similar object if you really want to, but it is not necessary.
