hi i bought a spyder aggressor 2nd hand from a friend, and i've been using it for about a year now and it's been fine. i'm just a recreational paintballer, going with my friends couple times a month and it's a great gun. up until a couple weeks ago i tried going again but there's a problem with it. when I try to shoot, the ball literally goes a foot, it kinda just falls out of the barrel. and also when I tilt the gun downward the paintball just falls out. i was wondering if someone could tell me what is wrong with my gun.
thanks alot:D

hey the promblem with your gun maybe the same thing that happened to mine
you may just need to lube up your bolt on the inside of your gun. the ball falling out of your gun when you point it down i have no idea how to fix that.

also just strip your gun down and take all the guts out and clean them, it may effect your gun if things aren't clean

well .. remember to clean your gun after every play, and lube all of your o-rings and such ...
Dissassembly (http://www.ottersccustoms.com/assemble.html)

Also your ball detent is probably broken .. you can probably get a kingman one or an even better killa detent ... at www.pbgear.com

did you clean it/take it apart after you used it last time? if so, you might want to check to see if your valve is in the correct way. if you are not sure what your valve is or which way you should install it, let us know and we'll help you out.

...... well i thought if you put the valve in backwards it'd leak like crazy ....

Well anyways ... now that i think about it .. you could have put the striker buffer in front of the striker by accident ...

I would look at your ball detent. If the ball is just rolling out that means the detent is junk. You may also have to clean and lube the bolt and hammer and maybe even replace the orings. try that, then let us know. Also I'm not sure if that gun has a reg gauge on it or not but but the gauge, make sure the gun is getting the proper amount of pressure.

since he's just a rec player .. im assuming it's stock .. which means no gauge or reg ....

He doesn't seem to be replying .. so we'll just hold this off till another time ;)
BTW ... doesn't this post seem to look old ... it says 3/20 on it ... and the post after that it says 4/20 ... ??
