Just from what I can see it has some kind of rail (probably Lapco or something), Q-loader, Lapco sight, M4 stock, and a magazine, not sure who makes them.

YES OF COURSE, USE SOME PARTS OF AIRSOFT M4A1 SAW IT, AND USE ALL YOUR CREATIVETY..

I JUST USE A AIRSOFT GUN, SAW IT AND TEKE OUT THE PARTS I NEEDED.
