Does anybody know if a real M16 grip mounts the same as the Spyder M16 grips? i don't care if the real grips don't fit cause I can always customize it but does anybody know if the screws holes match up?

To be honest I don't know, but I thought they were designed the same. Either way, why would you want a real m16 grip on?

Ergonomics, more comfortable, nah, to be honest...it looks cool lol.

Most of them are just like the Spyder m16 grips. If you find the one's that are a nice rubber and have grooves those might be comfortable. Personally, I like the feel of 45 much better.

Would look cool though ;)

my dad has some nice grips on his that contour back up to fit in the pocket by your thumb. always wondered what that would feel like on a pb gun.

I know what you mean, it's feels nice as in when the gun's weight pushes down on your hand its sits so much better with the contoured curve.

This one (http://cgi.ebay.com/Tactical-M4-M16-Serices-hand-Grip-ForeGrip-Black_W0QQitemZ230359216572QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_D efaultDomain_0?hash=item35a27ab1bc) look pretty close! I wish the picture was bigger! What do you guys think?

The cut is too wide, you'd have to glue in spacers. Of course, that's really simple. Just use styrofoam. Can't say for certain whether the hole is lined up right, of if the back part will have to be cut off, but both are easy fixes.

I think I'm just gonna buy a cheap plastic one off of ebay to see whether the screw holes line up or not. Yeah like Fs said the custom work is easy it's just the screw holes. however, i dont see why you can't just fill the hollow grip with expandable foam or something and the drill your own hole.

Sure, tons of ways to do it, that sounds like a plan ;)
