yea something kind of like that... but the whole thing is going to be just 2 legs.. and they can close together and in the middle will be a grip.

Then you might be thinking of something more in the line of this (http://www.sundragonpps.com/catalog/item/5166961/5223030.htm) and this (http://www.sundragonpps.com/catalog/item/5166961/5223135.htm) perhaps -

Wow, I really like the design of that one. Downside might be it doesn't look very sturdy especially if it's made of an easily ruptured plastic. I could see it possibly cracking at the top pivot point or the leg areas. Otherwise if it was perhaps metal reinforced with metal legs, less likely of that happening -

I got my TAL-4 grip from here.

I almost bought this one...

It is pretty pricey, but I can vouch for the quality.

ok so my plan didnt really work.. i got the set up done and all but it was very unstable.. meaning that the gun moved around way to much on the bipod.. so im gonna have to work on that.. mayb a little different design.. something like that ^^
